Actual exchange with a customer today:
Me: So all of your services are down at the moment?
Cust: Yup, sure are! I am enjoying the quiet!
Me: You are the first person I have spoken to that is enjoying the fact that their services are down.
Cust: Hey, I look at it like this... No loud customers yelling at me over the phone, and the wife cannot call in to nag at me about the kids, or everything else. My feet are up, my man. Please, take all the time you need to get the lines back up. I am in noooooo rush.
I would love to have what he is having.
